Hi Kevin,
Are your AdWords and Analytics connected correctly? There is a report under "Advertising" and "Adwords" in Google Analtyics that is called "Day Parting" - this shows your Google AdWords traffic by hour of day. You should be able to see a trend here. You can also have this emailed to you each day.
You can also set up a custom alert within AdWords to let you know when your budget is exhausted for the day. I would set up an alert in Adwords to warn me when 90% of my budget has been spent, you can then filter those emails and look at the time of day they were sent. There is some lag time in there, though - so be careful basing your analysis on the time of day you got the email.
